Made a new patient appointment for myself and my husband for a new patient consult and blood work. When booking, I requested appointments at the same time, was told that to do that, we'd be seen by different NPs for our consults, which was fine. The day of, my husband got a text message that his appointment was moved 30 mins later, which was the first red flag. Great. I recently visited GMA for an appointment and was impressed with the level of care . Staff was professional and attentive. I felt like the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and provide thoughtful guidance. Overall, highly recommend this group in Greenwich - I appreciated the prompt follow up call after my visit.
