I had a procedure done with Dr.Gerald Portman (Urologist ) I was quite nervous going to him - but that all changed when I called his office several times and spoke the receptionist (Nicole ) she was the sweetest person. She put me at ease , and so did his nurses -Shameeka & Susan during the procedure ! They were so professional to say the least ! They eased my anxiety ! Yale-New Haven's back office is an absolute mess with the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I had four different assistants handling paperwork and appointments which were often contradictory. They could not get the right test results to the doctor. A scheduled MRI had a six-week wait.
