Technician does a great job every time. Highly recommend.
I’m in & out of this Draw center every 3months. It’s pleasurable each & every time & no, I don’t like being poked w/ a needle, but Diabetes doesn’t care at all! The Tech is nice every time, so I’m nice every time, so we enjoy our 10min. If you see a complaint here & take it as true without knowing who it comes, is that not short sighted?
If i could give a 0, i sure would. My daughter's pediatrician refereed us here for a blood draw on my 2 year-old for an allergy panel. HORRIBLE service by the lab technician, who was already upset the pediatrician was sending over kids. He even asked me if we had anyone drawing blood next door (my pediatrician's office) He was cold, rude and incompetent. If he had no experience with children, he should've said so. I have been going there for years. I never had any issues or problems.
I wish i read the last review before i came here again. It’s so clean and convenient but ouch. I have never had blood drawn so rough in my life. Pain all day in my arm from how rough he was with the needle. The tech is rude and abrasive for someone caring* for people. I have had h8m many times before and always found him rude so i never would bring* my child here but now i will NEVER come back.
