I had a full service done on my 2023 Maverick hybrid. I received a coupon from Ford for an oil change, tire rotation, etc all for a very reasonable price and even better utilizing some Ford points. This is the first time using their valet service which was excellent and very convenient. They came to my house to pick up my vehicle and then returned it after the service was completed. Jen, the service manager is a pleasure to work with. 5 stars definitely!
It was a good experience, everyone was very friendly. Had an appointment for what they call the works and to get my car inspected. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. The appointment took approximately 45 minutes. They checked all my fluids did an oil change and rotated my tires and checked the air pressure, plus an inspection. The price was great. I highly recommend them.
My experience with Jenn in service, Brady in Parts and the members of the shop were above all. I was able to get appointment set and have repairs made in a short period of time and with ease. Everyone is always courteous and professional and I will continue to bring my vehicle here for future service work.
