I have Dr. O'Shea to be a wonderful professional to work with. She did a superior job of helping me adjust to outstanding hearing aids and is totally available to help if you have any problems. She actually gave me her email to contact her at any time (which I didn't have to do, but it was so reassuring). I had a previous bad experience with buying hearing aids so I was a nervous patient, but not for long. Dr. O'Shea also helped me do the paperwork needed to get a reimbursement from my health insurance for the hearing aids. ... read more
Staff and Doctor outstanding
Dr. Michele O'Shea, audiologist - she is personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She answers all questions, gets back to me quickly when I leave a message, quick to address any issues, and makes very helpful suggestions that have significantly improved my hearing and participation in day to day activities.
Dr. Brauer was terrific. He is kind, funny, very experienced, and took time to explain things clearly. His office staff was great and everything ran perfectly on time, basically no waiting. AN excellent visit all around.
