I had a nose operation here that went well with a previous doctor. In follow-up, I had a simple checkup - two bills were sent that I could’ve swore we paid (first one is always waiting on insurance coverage), but with chaos of the summer apparently were not. Next one I get is a collections notice at the 4 month mark. Fine, my fault, I’ll pay it right away. But boy does that seem a rude policy, maybe call a loyal patient first?

Huge communication disconnect between ENT front office staff and Audiologist Michelle O’Shea. I had a defective hearing aid and was told she had no availability until November. I called in late September. Asked to be put on waiting list as this was a critical issue. I was never put on a list. I finally called again in desperation and got the upstairs receptionist who got me in that day October 6. No confidence in downstairs staff who sounded like they could care less.

Dr. Michelle O'Shea is wonderful, helpful and so is the staff. I have also dealt with Kendall who fixed my hearing aids the same day I brought them in. She works there on Mondays; Dr. O'Shea was not available. Same service: great. Sue at the reception desk helped me learn how to clean my aids and was so patient with the patient! E. Sharpe

I have had excellent care under Dr. Michelle O’Shea, audiologist. She is thorough, professional, and explains issues in a very understandable way. She went above and beyond in getting information for me in dealing with an insurance company. I thoroughly recommend her.
