very rude! i called inquiring about some more details about a service call, when i asked for the the service representatives name, he responded with " why do you need my name ?" and he abruptly hung up on me. i asked simply because i like to show respect by addressing individuals by their name. i will be contacting a different company in the area and will gladly work with them instead of being disrespected by someone !
