Sadly this place has really gone downhill. Communication from new management is extremely poor. Amenities that are paid for by landlord and tenant are unable to be utilized. They advertise for many things that do not work properly like “gated” community, etc. They fix nothing! The cleanliness of the building or grounds is not a priority. I would think twice before considering this place as your new home.

Almost 2 months without elevators, no pest control (infested by roaches even when you clean) no emergency ph with the new manager, no security at night, 2 main security gates not working for almost a year, no balcony for a year. June: Gym closed, front Door closed. My parking spot closed for a week... what else?

No elevator for 3 days. All have been broken. Elderly individuals and all tenants that have disabilities left stranded as they cannot go up the stairs. Elevators have old certificates of inspection from 2022. This is neglect and a lack of consideration for all tenants and owners.
