I've been going here for a few years and they do an amazing job using everything from hands, elbows, and knees to get into the knots. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building. It's very clean inside and they are extremely friendly.
I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Linda and it felt great for the entire hour! She got out a lot of painful knots in my back
