One of the worst medical centres on the Wirral, I haven’t seen my GP since way before covid. No appointments even when you call at 8 on the dot and now you have to book online, speak to a robot , to then send you to a walk in centre… who are then just as shocked as you are for sending you there in the first place. No duty of care for patients and really no point of being open as they don’t see patients anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The worst surgery I've ever been a part of. For the 12 years I have been registered I can honestly say they have never given me sound advice nor have they ever achieved a cure for any ailment I have had physically and mentally. What compounds this is Dr's who don't treat you properly and admin staff who have awful attitudes. Today was again another failure when trying to seek advice and/or make an appointment.
