I very rarely write reviews but this time I just had to chime in. I usually can unclog my own drains but this time, no matter what I tried, it would not unclog. I could tell that the problem was past the p-trap and the snake I had would not reach it. I had no choice but to call a plumber. Ruslan, the technician come to my house within 1.5 hours of my call and was able to sort out the problem in no time. We couldn't ask for better service! When we originally called to inquire about an estimate to have a number of items done, the response was that they could come the next morning to give us a quote. The quote received was very competitive and with the online reviews, we decided to go ahead with the work. Bottom line...Ruslan was clean, efficient and meticulous with his work.
