Chuck/Service manger at Greenway Jacksonville called my loan company lied and reported my vehicle abandoned. Now I just received notification that my vehicle is up for private sale in 6 days. My car was there for brake caliber repair. My insurance company USAA said it was mechanical failure so I had it towed there. Was there from 8am until almost 3pm for a oil change. They wasted my day. Not going back. Take 5 does it in 10 minutes.
Buyer beware!!Do NOT GET A CAR WITH A CVT TRANSMISSION!! They know theyre trash and still continue to sell these pieces of trash and the “warranty” is a joke. They really want to charge you $5500. More than the vehicles even worth!
I had an appointment to test drive a specific car for two days. The appointment day and time was confirmed by email. I went there at my scheduled appointment time, which was at 7:00PM, in the rain, just to be told the car wasn’t at the lot and was located somewhere else. I was asked to do “paperwork” on the car and come back and test drive it the next day.
