Rory O'Donnell has some serious anger management problems. A simple question regarding building insurance coverage (not asking for any personal information) for a transaction that may or may not be active sent him off the rails. Apparently a declination letter was sent last week. This man needs some in-depth courses in client services. If this is how he chooses to run his branch, I'm deeply concerned for the well being of his employees.
I learned about greenway from a referral and I was not disappointed. I would recommend just like I was recommended. We encountered some crazy obstacles not our side but everyone here was patient and did everything possible to get the goal accomplished. 10/10
