We did an extensive amount of research looking for mortgages while also navigating tight timelines and the holiday season. Despite all that, Rory O'Donnell and Heather Huhn at Greenway delivered for us. We were able to close without issue, communication was clear and they were accessible and available to connect in a timely fashion. We are very appreciative of the work they did in such a compressed timeframe.
Awful… they made my home buying experience the worse! Be sure you’re not qualified on income that can’t be used at the last hour, promised a grant amount that changes at the last minute, you’re told directly if the funding bank changes & not via word of mouth as if you’re not the most impt person on the deal!
