I was very disappointed with the reception staff. The customer service was unprofessional. A receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, and being treated with kindness and respect is important.

**Absolute disappointment and no accountability.** We were placed on the waiting list for Dr. Sunita Vardarajan and even received a text message confirming our appointment. Based on that confirmation, I arranged time off work and brought my wife and our newborn baby to the medical centre. I've just finished a vasectomy procedure with Dr. Senthil Kumaar, and I can't praise him enough. I was highly anxious about the procedure leading up to it (fear of needles), but Dr. Kumaar and his team were amazing at putting me at ease before and during the procedure. Dr. Kumaar happily chatted with me throughout to keep me distracted, checked in with me constantly, and kept letting me know how far we were through it all - then suddenly it was over, and i couldn't believe how simple and easy he had made it all. Some of the doctors are excellent, but reception staff are incompetent at best and unprofessional and rude at worst. On several occasions administrative tasks have been handled incorrectly. When I’ve called to have problems fixed, no apology or explanation is offered; instead, staff blame each other and talk over the top of me. The support staff urgently need better training to treat customers with respect and professionalism at all times.

I have always appreciated the doctors at Greenway Medical Centre, which is why it is disappointing to repeatedly experience issues with the administration and reception team. Recently, I attended the clinic due to an infection and significant inflammation. Further testing was arranged, and I was advised that I would simply receive a phone call to confirm whether I should continue my current antibiotics or change to a different one based on the results.
