I had a problem getting a refund from Medicare due to a mistake made by a receptionist at a medical centre and her reluctance to address the situation. I was advised to seek help from the Greenway Medical Centre and Keti and Sarah were instrumental in correcting the initial entry and gaining my due refund in quick time. They were empathetic and very professional and I thank them for their efforts.

Very bad medical practice. Over 2hr + wait past appointment time for Dr Wafa Kobeissi for a 5minute Telehealth appointment. As a health professional myself I find this completely unacceptable to make a patient wait so long. Will never return or recommend the centre.
I’ve been visiting Greenway Medical Center since October 2023 and have had a fantastic experience. After seeing many doctors, I finally found Dr. Nosa, who was able to correctly diagnose my condition—sciatica—and has been incredibly helpful in managing and treating it ever since.
