Sprayed next door to me with strong chemicals while outside for my rummage sale I have throat cancer as had to leave to go inside. My dog was outside Could of made her sick Are you going to pay for vet bill of she gets sick??? This is nuts as neighbor didn't request this done to her yard as she is allergic to chemicals.
