I have called Greenway about the lack of trimming around complex. ALSO, our management company has complained several times too! Last week, they completely skipped one side of Chanel. Maybe, you can get them to earn their pay!
I cannot get them to return my call. I've called a dozen times in the past two days, left several messages, but have not received a response. I tried to text but the phone number listed won't accept texts. The email link on their website does not work either. I don't know why they don't return calls. It's strange.

Ms.***** I'm not sure of the reason of the compliant. Last week (6/2-6/6) the office was running short handed as my office manager was gone on vacation. But i tired to call back all voicemails in the mailbox. I had one lady calling asking if we were a pest company - which i called back and left a message explaining to her we were not (not sure if this is you). I had 2 companies no call / no show to mow my yard while I was away for work. When I called Greenway and explained my situation and how my grass had grown to knee high, they didn't hesitate to come right out. All my dealings with them were great! The receptionist I spoke with on the phone (Melissa), the crew who came to mow were very courteous, not to mention they made my jungle of a yard look great! There are a million lawn care companies in Louisville but no one will match the professionalism of Greenway

Excellent job, dependable and very professional work. Ken worked miracles on our dead dying grass. Working with Aaron giving us excellent advise to improve our landscaping- neighbors are envious
These guys are great. I use them for their weed control on a seasonal basis and for mowing when I can't do it myself. They are very responsive by e-mail as far as scheduling, and they do a great job.
