Always find something wrong, trying to sell you something, told me my battery was low percentage and needed replaced then when I mentioned warranty they claimed they looked at wrong vehicle then when I brought back said same thing but now my warranty is out on the battery. How convenient! They take forever just to change oil and rotate tires. Over 2 hours waiting! Not happy and will go elsewhere for my mechanical needs!
I was told at the beginning that their policy is that they do not offer a car loaner or rental on any vehicles being repaired. I would have to pay for the rental if I decided that I needed one and would be paid back by Kia if the problem was warrantable. My car is only three years old and has only 35,000 miles on it. I was led to believe that this would not be covered under warranty from the beginning. They had my vehicle in the shop for 31 days.
