Ordered a part from their online site with the expectations of "Expedited Shipping" to be delivered within 3-4 days. Not only did the part not get sent for 3 days, it was sent through USPS. When my order did not arrive within 7 days, I found another way to obtain the part. When I contacted them to return the item because it was no longer needed, I was told it was considered a cancellation subject to 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges on me. This is the best Hyundai dealership with the best customer service! The engine started going bad in my Santa Fe Sport on Sunday, had it towed to Greenway Hyundai on Monday, on Tuesday they had the diagnosis & the approval for a new free engine, and by Friday I was able to pick it up. I cant thank them all enough! Jessica the case manager is so nice. They truly care about their customers, and I am so thankful for them.
