First not so good experience I’ve ever had here. In 8 years I’ve never been asked what type of oil I wanted in my car but service advisor Benjamin asked me what kind of oil I wanted and I stated “I don’t know…is this something new?” he says no ma’am and starts trying to explain the different oil types and their price differences, which was confusing to me so I asked him “wouldn’t the oil type be listed on the sticker in my windshield?” He goes out to my car to check the sticker and comes back in with no further questions.
