He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, and got me scheduled quickly with his technician Adam. The girls in the office were also very nice and helpful every time I spoke with them. Adam arrived early and worked in the brutal Arizona heat. Friendly, direct and fair. Couldn’t ask for more than that.
