Caesar was my technician, Real friendly got to work right away didn’t need much information so he knew what he’s doing. I’m short on time so it’s cool that I didn’t have to tell him that and he still worked his magic in a quick fashion that worked out real good for me.
Wow! Greenway Heating & Cooling came to fix my AC issues in the wee hours of the morning, and I am very grateful! Adam was my technician and he had everything fixed and back up and running in a very short time - and in the dark. The service was fantastic -- and if I DO need help again, I will not hesitate to reach back out to Bill and Adam! THANK YOU!!!
AC unit stopped working correctly yesterday late in the day. Took note and woke up in the night and it was HOT. called Greenway at 9am and tech got here by 4:30 after they estimated 5-7 window. We were so grateful for Adam. He was prompt, courteous and knew his stuff. Got parts replaced and tested unit and off he went 40 minutes later! Woo hoo thanks Adam!!!
