Could be the worst computer program ever written
We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Greenway Health. Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, the company refused to provide a copy of the contract they claimed was in place. They continued billing us for services we could not access or use—without any support or resolution. Their customer service was unhelpful and evasive, often redirecting us without answering basic questions about our account or charges. Your portal is slow. It can take several minutes to load anything. Competing portals that we access load instantly. The time it takes to get any information is aggravating. Please get more bandwidth, better servers, or anything to make it worth using
I have been working for over a month to get my medical records and information set up to be able to communicate and see my doctor visits and notes! This My Records Health patient portal is a nightmare and has locked me out because my email is not unique! Seriously I am not creating a new email for every doctors office/specialists that I visit here in Florida reality is they need to connect into one account like insurance records of visits and billing.
