The worst EMR portal I have had to use as a patient. Interminable load times, constant login issues and wonky interface. I have to assume it’s near free for providers to use b/c there is no other reason they would want to use it.
It wont let me save it as 0 stars.. literally cannot be logged in on the portal. Fire whoever your application and networking team is this is a joke. How can I be in a loop over and over and over just to look at results, and then gets hung up on every tab.
Software is not working
This system is horrible. Like actually horrendous. I have never been so frustrated trying to log in to a platform to simply message my doctor or view results. Horrible platform. Always requires you to log in like 10 times. Always "technical difficulties" - Something needs to change.
My OB uses this software and it’s horribly antiquated. Also rarely works to log in.
