I'm a patient and not only can I not log in half the time the software is not user friendly and has limited capabilities. Don't waste your money
I cannot access my Intercoastal Portal Account because I am required to change my password. I have a new email and I can't get them to change the old email to the new email so I cannot access my account. Greenway doesn't help although my doctors office has contacted them with no avail. There is a glitch somewhere but they seem unwilling to work it through.
