Horrible disrespectful customer service I've ever encountered. Received my food almost 2 hours later. Once it got here I had a LONG HAIR cooked INTO my fried eggs. I called to complaint and was questioned about the color and length of the hair as if I were lying about the whole thing. I asked to speak to the manager and again was questioned about the hair. I ended up hanging up on them and telling them to keep the money. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS NASTY PLACE!
Delivery driver Jonathan was extremely rude to an employee after we have supported this business and chosen this restaurant over others. Our company of 300+ will no longer be ordering from Greenway Deli. Though I tried to call to speak to the owner, the call went straight to the driver's cell phone and I was told to "lose his number". My "star" rating would have been a negative if the choice were there.
