The guy that wrote up my service was friendly, however he quoted $105 the service was originally $89 on the website that is what I signed up for. When it came time to pay it was $118. No explanation for the cost difference. I also found out that they used synthetic blend oil. I normally pay much less and get full synthetic oil. When I called and asked about this. The woman was hateful and told me that I should have asked before the service and that full synthetic is about $30 more. Absolutely insane prices. I won't be going ... read more
Cars are complex and servicing them is not easy. But when you miss the diagnosis - even when there is a Ford Service Advisory on the problem - and the owner catches it in one Google search, own up to it and refund their $500. Obviously from the 1-star they didn't.
