Parts department is not up to par. Went on a friday for a transmission line, didn't have it, would have it sent over Saturday morning. Went back Saturday morning, no part, different guy couldn't find anything on it. Told him to order it, took down my number like the first guy did and said he would call me. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I now understand why they aren't listed on Fords main site as a parts dealer, even they know this place sucks for getting a part needed.
