They agreed to settle a debt on my behalf and improve my credit (I already had a great score) but nothing was ever done. I ended up spending months trying to figure out why the debt was still there and contacting the debtor to remove it. After they lied about removing the debt I sent them a letter asking them for a refund as I have paid a heft sum of money to them and they never responded.
