They really do family care as well as the cosmetic. Finally a place that will see children!! And they are really good at it too.
Nice lobby, but I felt like part of an assembly line. No time to spend with the patient. What happened to the old fashioned dentist that actually listened to your questions AND answered them without acting like you wasting his/her time? I still have sensitivity to cold with one of the teeth I had a crown placed, but they tell me to buy this $30 toothpaste to fix it. Why should I spend anymore money at all when he didn't fix it right the first time?
I went for an invisalign consultation and left never wanting to go back. Although you can see a lot of money went into the facility, they should have spent more on customer service skills. I was taken back to an exam room by a clinic assistant, and when I noted I was there to see about invisalign I was immediately bombarded with costs and treatment variants that it left my head spinning.
