I have lived here for a year & we have been through 5 property mangers & now we don't have one or maintenance. It took them over 6 months to spray for roaches & I've been w/out a dishwasher since the end of August & no oven since Thanksgiving day! Don't move here! They cost way to much & we pay for stuff we can't use. The only plus is they have free wifi but don't they tell anyone so they don't have to pay if we don't use it! My sisters and I had applied to a 3 bedroom 2bath apartment. Filled out their form , given a tour of the apartment, and started to pack. We had to have them copy our drivers license and social security card not just once but FOUR TIMES !! Then after wasting the better part of a week they informed us that because I made too much with my Disability check we could not have the apartment. This is a HORRIBLE property management company. It is so icky that they are even advertising these as “low income” when they are above market rate in my opinion. The new construction is cheaply built and TINY! They literally don’t have a living room! There is no way these units are 1100-1300 sq feet unless they are counting the garage as living space. No wonder there are no actual pictures of the units! Additionally, the property manager, Jackie, is rarely there, doesn’t return calls, is insanely rude, and changes the prices... read more
