I really wanted to like this cafe because Glenn is incredibly nice, funny, and polite—he genuinely makes an effort to make customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, the experience is completely overshadowed by his wife, who runs the place with a very rude and aggressive attitude. She constantly shouts, is unreasonably harsh, and makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable.
