Jax needs to stop hoping for upgrades and interfering with the members line. Let them get through in a timely manner without having to wait for computer screens! I won't be back to this one ever.
Staff members were very helpful and nice car wash to come great location.
The last two times I've gone through there either one side or the other side of my car was not clean the class weren't moving there was no soap coming out last time I went my car got we were sitting right in the middle of it what was going not moving. And then went to go vacuum out my car and there was no vacuum pressure on the vacuums
There are 4 locations in my daily travels which is super.... But, I am an everything member, so just give me everything without all of the prompts. And why a $4 upcharge for the ceramic coating? I pay for the "everything" so just give it to me (US!)!! Adding a second vehicle should only be another $10 bucks a month. Sadly Jax has monopolized SE Michigan...
