Ordered a steering column with column shift, tilt, delay wipers.... received a steering column with floor shift, fixed, 2 spd wiper!!! Was told it was "incorrectly inventoried" and to send back, at my cost, for a refund. Very disappointing that in these times there are still business that just don't care :(
From GreenWay Auto Parts. Concerning the review of not answering our phone. We were on vacation 2-13 through 2-22. Customer service is our number one concern always. But, we all need a break.
Does not answer phone and voice mailbox full, waste of time calling!!! It would be better is someone answered phone!
