Just completely horrible people here. Basic service took longer than they expected. They 'recommended' additional services but when I asked to speak to somebody, nobody responded via their text app. Ended up going to the desk after a lack of response and they said "yeah we finished that work about 20 minutes ago." I did request them to quote a replacement windshield washer pump. It was nearly 2.5x the price for the part as I found through Mopar directly. Staff is wonderful. Scheduling is iffy at best. I waited a year for a recall, Fuel Pump, and the service center didn’t call me, I had to call to see if the limited supply was available and take a day off from work to get it installed. For a location where people spend HOURS waiting on our cars? Snacks ok, beverages ok, NO CHARGING STATION, NO ACCESS TO OUR CARS TO RETRIEVE CHARGERS- I’m looking at 5 hours (+,-) and no power bank lasts that long, not all of us have availability to drop off our Alfa’s, Fiat’s, Dodge’s, Ford’s.... read more

Someone tell the tire guys that tire rotation is done in X mode and tire air needs to be checked either inflate or deflate the tires to the correct pressure. That's mechanic elementary. Sad thing is a Dealership i can expect that kind of laziness from Bubba body shop.

Jeshua was honest and helped me with checking my car. Brought it for a battery concern, but stayed for a safety recall. At the end of the day, they performed an inspection and said everything was fine except of a driving belt, which I knew it already. He also pointed me out some new tips for my Alfa Romeo, thanks Jeshua & Cody the mechanic for being helpful, and most importantly HONEST!
