I bought a giulia beautiful car love the Alfa Romeo but seems like the sales person is not honest and lied to me on the deal. Had a trade in that was worth more than what I owed. Said yeah no problem we won’t roll that over to the new car loan, next thing you know he rolls it over shows me just tells me no that’s how we put our numbers and i ended up paying more for my car. Today, Saturday, I drove 40 minutes to Greenway for my scheduled appointment for the 90,000-mile preventive maintenance and airbag recall. However, I was only attended to 30 minutes after my scheduled time by Joshua/Hunter, who informed me that the service could not be performed. I named this place the Alfa Romeo killer Not only is the customer service horrible but the mechanics are worst, I brought my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia because it had a small coolant leak from a hose on top of the engine which they replaced the hose but using the wrong part they use the part from the 2019 which did not fit properly and continue to leak coolant which caused the engine head to warp. These cars are not bad. They just got a bad rep because of the horrible service provided by the dealership.
