My unit has been broken into twice! Within a month! First time they did the bare minimum to prevent another break in! Put dry wall up second time obviously the drywall didnt work lost a bunch of expensive items! Would not recommend renting any of these units the staff are very helpful but the security is very poor there is nothing stopping people from claiming through the rafters from unit to unit... their solution is to put up dry wall.....
The storage units are clean and safe. I like that I can get to my stuff 7 days a week. They are also responsive with my questions.

Jamal was very polite and informative. He made renting a unit extremely easy over the phone. They offer reasonable renters insurance and locks are available to purchase as well. Highly recommend Greenwater Storage !
