They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? Extremely anxious! My pet was so relieved when we left Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!
They did surgery on my dog, Rosie. They went above and beyond all measures to make me comfortable and at ease while they had my dog at their facility. All questions were answered, some before I even had a chance to ask. They kept in touch with me after I took Rosie home. I will definately take my dog back to their office if need be. I already have and will continue to recommend their services to all.
Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.
