I like Greenville Utilities. You ask questions about how you can lower your utility bills. I've asked plenty and my bill even around Christmas time wasn't over 200. If you keep a lot of lights on you can expect to have a higher light bill
I needed some history on our electrical, water and sewage bills and Jackie Mills my customer service representative was extremely polite and got me what I needed immediately. Can't ask for better customer service.
I wanted to give a shout out to Carter Rochelle, who checked our gas line connection, and indoor equipment and made sure that they were pressurized and connected properly after we had work done by a private company. He was a very professional very knowledgeable and thorough. He's a good man.

Wish i could take away stars from yall None of this is unacceptable and should be illegal to take someone's money and make them wait ontop of paying a reconnection fee... You all are soo unorganized you need two teams not one person doing everything but that meaning one team cuts off lights and the other Cuts on lights none should be waiting after paying 500 dollars and waiting for yall to decide when to restore power and we as the people deserve better from the light company that we ARE funding this is unreal.. we wouldn't ... read more
