Takes me 45 minutes to pay over the phone every month and I get charged a $2 “convenience” fee. Get your joke of a company out of the 1900’s and make a payment app accessible anytime. I can’t wait to be done having to be your customer.
Sketchy High Bills, random fees, and miscommunication. You call the office and they could care less about anything other than collecting a payment. very money hungry people that’s all they have ever been and will continue to be.

I don't usually leave reviews, but it's a must after the customer service my wife and I received from the customer service rep, Crystal on 5-5-2025. We called to get more info about our solar panels, but was unable to reach the person that oversees that department. So, instead of giving us the run around or even just ending the call because she wasn't over that department, Crystal took care of our situation just as if we were calling to speak with her, giving us the information that was requested and answered any questions w... read more
This is an update to a review that I left a month ago after discovering a prior billing issue that I had believed to be resolved with GUC had not been resolved. After leaving a review, the Commission reached out and has been above and beyond proactive in getting the issue resolved. This is a completely different experience than I had with the company several years ago when trying to work through the same issue.
