Their online bill guest payment system doesn't work. It will tell you that any card you type in has a invalid expiration date. I've tried it with multiple cards... I end up having to pay in person

paid a $450 deposit to get the utilities started at my house then i was told they’d send me another bill to have the hot water cut on that’s been almost a month ago anyways i’ve paid the bills everything up to date and still no hot water and haven’t been able to reach anyone by the number terrible experience thus far .
