This is an update to a review that I left a month ago after discovering a prior billing issue that I had believed to be resolved with GUC had not been resolved. After leaving a review, the Commission reached out and has been above and beyond proactive in getting the issue resolved. This is a completely different experience than I had with the company several years ago when trying to work through the same issue. Call up and you get the same answer every year it was a cold month, not really and question them on it with facts they just repeat it was a cold month. My thought is we are paying the Board Members FAT BONUSES. Dec 2024 bill is 50% higher then avg for September, October & November? Jan 2025 wow this bill is even higher by another 20% . At least this past p... read more
