The lady debbie is very rude she always have a attitude and that is very bad for customers she needs to be replaced and fired shes very nasty
I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Paid one of my previous bills, did not receive any kind of notification of a returned payment from either my financial institution or Greenville Utilities Commission until mail notices much later giving me FINAL NOTICE. So they tacked on a 25 dollar fee for "returned item". If I had the option to use another service I would, an absolute nightmare for someone who works hard for their money just to have it taken from them. I have had multiple personal accounts with GUC over the many years I've been in Greenville. I also have been in property mgmt for the last 23 years and so I have had ALOT of experience with GUC. The folks are Great! From calling on the phone, making payments, and dealing with many issues that happen with property GUC has always provided top notch customer service. I'm very thankful for the outstanding service over the years!
