I bought a used 2019 rav4 from this dealership in 2022. Less than 6 months after purchase I had an issue with a roof leak stemming from the roof rack. I google searched and found this was a known issue with my model rav4 and that it was covered for repair. I called to schedule an appointment and was told over and over that I was wrong and it wasn’t covered. Worst service and unfriendly staff, go anywhere else.
Took my son's Toyota Camry to replace the water pump. The customer service was great with fast check in. The courtesy driver was excellent dropping me off and picking me up when the vehicle was ready.
