The repair was fix and looks good but Very very disappointed with communication from staff and after I picked up my truck I found that there where items that had been taken from inside of the truck and a bottle of medicine that was a narcotic, I know it was simple repair on the hood and there was not really a need to be inside of the truck other then moving it around but. I just had body work done on my 2018 rav4. Becky in the body shop provide Excellent customer service and a positive helpful attitude. My car was available quickly and she took extra care to ensure it was done well. Everyone in the body shop area was kind and helpful. I appreciate Becky’s help and thoroughness. I am pleased to recommend this body shop.
