Had some gutter guards installed as well as a leak repaired. The work was completed quickly, and to my satisfaction. They even included pictures of the work since I am not able to get on the roof. I contacted online, and received an email from Tim promptly. The biggest selling point for me was that they were the only company that offered me two styles of gutter guard (mesh vs perforated) and talked me through both.
