Worst experience I’ve ever had. I am a nervous patient with mental health issues and trauma. I have that in my file and throughly explained the situation. Dr loftis attempted to make the process so fast there was no real hello before the topical was on and a needle was in my mouth. I had previously explained the needle is the only part that makes me nervous. I did not see him pick it up and he did not tell me. My usual dentist allows the topical to sit for about 5 minutes. Very Nice staff. This was my first root canal, and it went smooth. Mike really knows his stuff, was positive and understanding. The day after the procedure I have little to no pain. Just soreness.

Dr. Loftis and his staff are truly the best! I usually get anxious when visiting the dentist, but Dr. Mike helped me stay calm throughout my procedure. He explained each step clearly and made the entire process smooth and painless. His patience and kindness really stood out, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice!
