Dr. Loftis and his team are very professional and personable. I had a great experience with my root canal. I highly recommend Dr. Loftis' services.
Root canal went smooth. The staff are very squared away and friendly.
I got my root canal Tuesday 7/1 and although I was super nervous and almost let anxiety get the best of me I felt no pain after the procedure there was discomfort but I only had to take Tylenol the day of and on the third day once. They did an amazing job and I got my crown the next week (today 7/8). Everyone was nice and friendly time flew by it took an hour and a half. I would recommend.
I had the most comfortable experience here. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, the staff made me feel at ease and helped me relax.
Very friendly and professional but this was the second time in a row that I was made to wait upwards of 30 minutes despite filling in all paperwork in advance (as instructed) and showing up on time for my appointment.
