The Dr means well but that about it .I was referred by my GP, and started seeing the Dr spring of 24. After stating strong..pages of blood work. She decided I had PMR. But after consults with other Dr's and 6 months on medicine that is supposed to have immediate results improvement in symptoms, I was getting worse ...we discussed with the Dr she became argumentative and belligerent...at that point we left the practice..this may be a good place to get your IV treatment , but if you expect a diagnosis, and can leave work for 3... read more

Absolutely no regard for patients’ time or care. Life is too short to waste sitting in a waiting room for hours. I waited almost 4 hours just to see the doctor for less than 2 minutes. She didn’t even ask me how I was feeling or what symptoms I had. She just walked in, told me I needed some labs, and that was it. No conversation, no care. The nurse was amazing and very kind, and the only positive part of this visit. But the wait time and the doctor’s attitude were really disappointing. I won’t be going back.

I am absolutely livid! I've been cooling my heels in this waiting room for a solid hour, and I haven't even been acknowledged. An hour! My time is valuable, yet they clearly don't give a damn. There's no apology for the ridiculous delay, no offer of compensation for the inconvenience, nothing! And the worst part? They'll still expect me to cough up the full payment as if my time means absolutely nothing. I swear, this has to be some kind of sick joke. I finally escape the purgatory of the waiting room, thinking I'm actually ... read more

I have been in healthcare for most of my adult life most recently as a Medical Practice Manager for a Pulmonary practice during COVID. I have been to see Dr. E twice since my RA diagnosis and I am VERY pleased with her and her staff. The doctor took the time to go over every page of test results, medication she recommended and the future of my health. She answered all my questions and even gave me a copy of all my lab results. When seeing a specialist, patients need to understand the time it takes for each and every patient ... read more

If I could leave a minus score I would. I was a patient of Dr. Ezealah of Greenville Rheumatology after a referral and glowing reviews sent me to her office with real hope for improvement in my RA. Three appointments later, I had wasted a total of nine hours sitting on the hard chairs of a waiting room, without apology, explanation or the hope things would ever get better. I was prescribed Xeljanz. which did not work for me at all. I had purposefully avoided Xeljanz because of my history of pulmonary embolism. My concerns ab... read more
