RecommendedOur mother moved into High Plains on March 15th, right when Covid-19 was causing closures and quarantines. Of course we worried about her settling in when we couldn't even come in and help her. Thankfully, the entire staff at High Plains assisted our mother and made her transition an easy one. They are all so helpful and compassionate, and they made her feel comfortable and accepted from day one! We know transitions can be difficult for some Residents, so we aim to provide a comforting and relaxing atmosphere so all of our Residents can feel accepted right from the start.
they are a joke the chef thinks he can boss everyone around he needs to be the boss in the kitchen and leave the RAS and med tecs alone he is a bully to woman and nothing gets done about it so no I do not recommend winterberry heights to anyone

I chose High Plains for her because of the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness /beauty of the facility, and the extraordinary care that I want for her! So grateful she lives at High Plains- the compassion for residents and their families is one of the many reasons I am happy to have made the decision to have her live there! Anytime I visit or call I am reminded of how well they know, respect, and meet the needs of my mother!
