nightmare I live here once and was very glad to move out. Many of the neighbors were great but like most places you have some really bad ones too. These ones dint keep kids undercontrol. Loud noise neighbors too.
Get rid of slum lords. Manager is ok. The park does have alot of great neighbors. Biggest problem with the park is a man named John Shilling. He is a total slumlord and is bringing the park down fast! The park offers 5 months free lot rent for anyone to move their home in but until this jerk is made to fix or get rid of the dumps he has in the park it will always be a dump. They could offer 10 years free lot rent but people won't move into the park till this man is made to do his part to make it a good community to live in. ... read more
