just had service done at greenville Mitsubishi.my service advisor was Jared Fulton and he goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.the technicians are also great.for service I recommend Greenville Mitsubishi and ask for jared fulton
First let’s start off with they communication.they claimed I wasn’t in the system AT ALL for a recall for my vehicle. (I have all the proof)I scheduled an appointment twice and the first time I came they claimed” we don’t have the part or tech to do my recall” they second time I came (which was today) they still didn’t have the part nor tech to do the recall.They could’ve at-least called and told me. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE, NOT A USED ONE ANYWAY. They practically begged my sister to get this tahoe with over 200 miles on it. They called her back constantly with promises of dropping the price 3 full tanks of gas on them and fixing the brake problem because the brake service light was on and it was making a bad noise.
