At first I thought it was going to be a good experience but honestly they are extremely extremely nosey and I'm not too sure about this place. I plan to have a Water birth but I don't know if it will be here. I haven't had so many good experiences that's one reason why I haven't showed up to this place as much and I've only been a few.

Had an appointment February 12th, had labs done no one reached out. I called February 19th to inquire about why hadn’t I got a phone call about my results. The nurse stated if I didn’t receive a phone call that means everything is ok?? Never been to a OBGYN that did this. Regardless if the labs are fine reaching out to the patient should be mandatory!! So my wife and I were looking into birthing options because I can’t get insurance at my job until after the baby is born. They gave us a price of 2800 or so and made a point how it was discounted because we don’t have insurance then they tack on 13000 to the estimate as hospital fees? They also never said the center doesn’t have labor rooms and we will still be going to a hospital. Nothing was mentioned about hospital fees at first just their 2800 fee. Horrible experience. These so called midwives prematurely ruptured waters because they were on a time crunch which led my wife to have a c section. Horrible horrible experience - Would never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t care about you. Maybe one or two of the midwives but each time we came we saw someone different. 0/10 stars would not recommend.

I am so glad there are still places where providers really want to talk to you about your health. My visit with Janell wasn't rushed at all, and multiple times she asked me if I had any other questions, as well as bringing up topics that I had forgotten to ask about. I left the visit feeling better than I came in, largely due to the personal care I felt from the midwife.
