RACIST ! I demanded answers to why all of a sudden my son appointments keep getting pushed over and over then she had the audacity to say “please stop cursing at me “ in front of people , so someone else got on the phone being hostile with me bc I started defending myself after she blurted out that lie then made it seem like I had no room to speak or be treated as equal all because we are black in a mainly white society where if she play victim no more black kid at her office . I have an autistic son and after seeing six dentists in and around the OBX area nobody could get anything done. They were able to get x-rays teeth clean and everything that needed to be done!! Anybody with kids this is definitely the place to go!! If they can't get it accomplished nobody can!!
I had a very disappointing experience with the office manager at this pediatric dental office. Communication was unprofessional, and the tone used during our interaction came across as rude and dismissive. When dealing with children and families, kindness and patience should be a priority. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.
My grandson loved that place!!!!
Every one was very nice , very knowledgeable about what they were doing during our dental appt.....answered my questions respectfully....explained to my granddaughter everything were doing so she could understand it... place to take the kiddos ....these people are very patient with the kids
