Greenville Kidney Care has gone above and beyond my needs and expectations when it comes to my medical issues that they have been involved with. I am confident in their decisions and their ability to address my health care concerns and meet my health care needs. They are professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them.

He a caring doctor and his staff is wonderful.
I started out with Dr. Hertel but then we moved and I had to change Dr's. We moved back to Greenville a couple of yrs ago and I was trying to keep all of my Dr's with Prisma so they could see everything but that was a BIG mistake. I'm back with Dr. Hertel and feel so much more at ease about the care I'm getting.
I know Dr. Hertel is knowledgeable but bedside manner is lacking. At my last visit he said the my blood work was fine and flank pain I am experiencing was from my back. (I do have issues with my back). He was very curt and said for me to make an appointment for a year! I did some research and found another Nephrologist. I do wish Dr. Doctor Hertel and his staff the best. I wrote this review as a window appears every month or so wanting me to do a review so here it is! That is why it is a bit dated.
