I hace visited relatives three times a week for the last four months and I have witnessed the decline of Friendship House East. Trash is not picked up regularly and stinks going down the hallway to allegedly dispose of it. There was a four day period when my relatives did NOT have hot water. How is it possible to put this much authority into someone who constantly doesnt even do the basic things? I cant even get Dylan to show up on time. More worried about going through our belongings, and snooping around our possessions than actually doing work. Someone needs to fire this weirdo. Not cover for a creep. Seriously Im about to contact higher ups or whoever invest into this place. How is this not a massive liability?
This place is a mess
Greenville housing Commission have been doing an amazing job at updating units and taking care of us here Dylan and James in the maintenance department have been doing great at coming to help us when we need things done. Office staff is great as well always willing to talk and help with things if needed.
Maintenance man Dilan is never on time, lies constantly, is super creepy, and will go thru you/your kids possessions. How is this kid allowed to operate with this level of incompetence??
