I don’t really have anything to write for a review. I had an appointment 11/01 that I scheduled over a month in advanced. I got a text around 9am saying they needed to cancel. My appointment was at 10:30. I know things happen for a reason but wish I would have knew sooner about the cancellation since I was depending on the “blow out and style” for my birthday dinner that afternoon. I am hoping to reschedule and try the head spa and facial in the future though!
Absolutely best place to go! I had gotten my hair done somewhere else and they absolutely ruined it! Jennifer came in and absolutely saved the day! I’m absolutely in love with my hair color. My hair is very curly and was very delicate from my previous hair disaster. She was very informative and gave me exactly what I needed to feel beautiful for my big day. Will only be coming to her from now on.
I was gifted a 90 minute headspa appointment and had never experienced one before so I had no idea what to expect. Lainey was absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet and explained everything very well. She taught me some new things about how my autoimmune disease affects my hair and scalp and was very knowledgeable about the topic. The headspace felt SO GOOD I think I melted into my chair lol And every product she used smelled absolutely amazing. First head massage so didn’t know what to expect, but Jennifer was great. She walked me through each step and what we would be doing. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and why. Definitely going back!
The best experience at a head spa ever. Lainey is the sweetest human on the planet! She went above and beyond when my friend and I came in. I didn’t realize that my friend’s appointment got cancelled and so when we both showed up, she quickly accommodated the both of us. Of course, timing was tweaked but she made us both feel at ease even though I felt awful. Thank you for everything you did, Lainey! We appreciate you and enjoyed every second of our experience. Definitely going to re-book!
