I have rented four U-Hauls within three years. All of them were excellent experiences until this one. I will rent a different brand of truck before I ever rent from this location again. This experience was crazy. First off, I could never contact them by phone on the day before or day of my visit. The phone would eventually quit ringing and a fax machine answered every time. Very helpful staff. We came to them last minute because our Uhaul from another place was too small and they were more then accommodating.
