Kristi was very personable and enjoyable. We enjoyed talking with her in our trip. Our ride home was great as well. It was so nice to not have to drive home so late after a long trip! Thank you for a smooth ride home.
We have used this service for about 10 times over 2 years. Service and reliability good until now! Our trip from Chicago was delayed and multiple cancellations later we were told our pick up would cost us 60% with a 40% credit. They couldn’t arrange an alternative location but could arrange a non-GLS for $460 from Charlotte. We had to rent a car and got home at 1:15am. Never again as they have increased cost and eliminated service!! Gotten too big for themselves so we will explore alternatives or Uber to and from A/P.
Josh (original) was a great driver. Safe and pleasant. Highly recommend!
